The Senior Scientific Support Representative addresses customers' scientific queries and documents interactions as per departmental best practices. Participates in operational process improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide support by addressing customers’ scientific queries on various frontline platforms.

• Lead and/or deliver training to non-scientific internal staff.

• Deliver milestones within departmental or cross-departmental projects.

• Contribute to project deliverables within frontline operations.

• Contribute to the maintenance of departmental platforms and onboarding content.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field such as Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology, with 2 to 5 years' laboratory experience.

• Experience in troubleshooting and dealing with customers.

• Knowledge or experience with delivering training content.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, positive work environment.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mammalian cell culture theory, flow cytometry and cell separation.
