Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Scientific Marketing - China, the Marketing Leads Associate is responsible for lead generation and entry for the Scientific Communications team. The Marketing Leads Coordinator also supports to Socail Media & Content and Design & Marketing activities.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Collect and process leads from multiple channels, including website forms, WeChat, offline events, and other online platforms.
Enter, validate, and categorize leads accurately and promptly to ensure data completeness and quality.
Conduct publication searches to identify relevant customer information and provide actionable insights for Sales Team mapping and follow-up.
Analyze lead metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams (SISR, Sales Ops) to optimize lead collection, entry, and follow-up processes.
Social Media & Content Support:
Create, optimize, and publish content across social media platforms in alignment with company branding and marketing strategy.
Conceptualize, design, and publish video content for the China region to enhance customer engagement.
Monitor social media channels and manage notifications using designated tools.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices to continuously improve social media reach and engagement.
Design & Marketing Support:
Design marketing materials for the China region, including webinar posters, banners, and other visual assets for third-party platforms, adhering to company branding standards.
Qualification:
BSc with 0-2 years work, co-op, or volunteer experience in a scientific space.
Knowledge of Microsoft Exel and the ability to learn new programs.
